Jada's teacher entered her into the Harvard's Coop Bookstore Poetry Contest. She won 2nd place in the k-3 division. The poem is hanging in the store and she won a gift card. Go Jada!!The picture didn't come out too well but here are the original words
"Being Kind"
Everyone should love and obey each other
It does not matter if they have funny clothes,
braces or freckles,
Here in school there are people who like me
and people who don't
I would like it if everyone liked me
and I would like them.
All I want to say is JUST BE KIND!
